Youth Mental Health
South Western Sydney PHN supports two youth mental health services for young people aged 12 -25 within the South Western Sydney Region. headspace centres (Bankstown, Campbelltown and Liverpool) and ReFrame (Wollondilly and Wingecarribe).
headspace centres provide FREE (or low cost) support for young people aged 12-25 years for their mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drugs and work and study. Services are confidential and delivered in a youth-friendly environment by qualified youth mental health professionals.
South Western Sydney headspace Centres are located in Bankstown, Campbelltown and Liverpool and young people can drop-in to a centre or phone to make an appointment without a referral or be referred directly to the centres.

ReFrame is a FREE service for young people aged 12-25 living in Wollondilly and Wingecarribee.
The service is delivered by youth engagement workers and youth mental health professionals who provide information and support to young people who are having a tough time managing:
- stress
- Anxiety or worry
- Feelings of sadness
- Physical health
- Family and relationships
- Study or work
ReFrame Hubs are located in Bowral and Tahmoor and young people can drop-in to a centre or phone to make an appointment without a referral or be referred by their GP, school and community organisations.
