South Western Sydney PHN (SWSPHN) is about to commence its annual update on the ‘Practice and GP Profiles”. Your Practice Support Officer will contact your practice in the coming weeks to update information on you and your practice. Your participation will continue to help us better understand your individual practice needs so we can focus our resources to more effectively support you, and to identify the local primary health workforce needs.

Your input is critical to identify the workforce needs of primary health care services in our area. Your participation will contribute to the current South Western Sydney Needs Assessment and future population health planning activities. Your information provides intricate detail of primary health care services in South Western Sydney such as GP workforce demography, full service equivalent (FSE) distribution of primary care workforce compared to headcounts, languages spoken by GPs, GP specialties and interests, practice accreditation rates and practice computer and electronic system usage.

All information is secure and rest assured you will not be identified by a third party from the information provided unless you have given consent. Your information will remain de-identified for use in the needs assessment and other PHN population health planning reports.
