New Head to Health pop ups support people struggling with their mental health
To access Head to Health, patients can call 1800 595 212 to discuss their needs and concerns with a trained intake worker. They will then be directed to mental health services in their area which most appropriately meet their individual needs. In some cases, this may include a face-to-face or telehealth appointment at one of two Head to Health hubs established in South Western Sydney.
South Western Sydney PHN (SWSPHN) has commissioned the service with a share of $10.6 million in funding from the Federal Government.
Head to Health opened on Monday, 6 September 2021.
Head to Health support is available to anyone of any age in the community with or without a referral or GP mental health treatment plan.
