Free psychological therapies for young people aged 12 to 25 living in Wollondilly and Wingecarribee.

Eligibly: Young people aged 12 to 25 years who live in Wollondilly and Wingecarribee experiencing mental health concerns (no diagnosis is required).

Services available: Services are delivered by Youth Engagement Workers and Youth Mental Health Professionals who provide information, support and psychological therapies (maximum 12 hours per calendar year).

Referral pathways: Young people can drop-in to a ReFrame hub or phone to make an appointment without a referral or be referred by GPs and provisional (non-GP) referrers, including: school principals, counsellors and psychologists, managers of youth focused community managed organisations and managers of SWSLHD Infant Child Adolescent Mental Health Service (ICAMHS), youth mental health and early psychosis teams.
