The NewAccess program, developed by beyondblue, provides a free and confidential early intervention and low-intensity coaching service to help people aged 18 and over who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety or depression.

The commissioned service provider in South Western Sydney is Bolton Clarke.

NewAccess coaches, who are specially trained and experienced, provide support in setting practical goals that help get people back on track and feeling better. Sessions are conducted over the phone, Skype or face-to-face from Bolton Clarke’s Liverpool office.

Bolton Clarke is one of Australia’s most experienced providers of independent living services – a social enterprise with a combined 210 years of providing practical support built on a long tradition of care and respect. The organisation has a strong commitment to mental health research and services and has delivered the NewAccess program since 2016.
